VISÑU, NARAYANA – The first Field Theory
Narayana or Vishnu is the idea of All-pervasiveness, the ‘All’, the Absolute, the Ultimate, the Everything, the Nothing. Vishnu literally means “All-Pervading”.
Quantum Field Theory emerges as a unified theory that combines the ideas and concepts and tools of Quantum Theory, Field Concept, and the Principle of Relativity – the three major Ideas or sets of ideas in modern Physics.
According to Yajur Veda, Taittiriya Aranyaka (10.13) – Narayana Suktam:
From Narayana Suktam
Also, according to Yajur Veda, Taittiriya Aranyaka (10.13) – Narayana Suktam:

Also we have from Vishnu Purana:

in him its exists,
he is the one who governs its existence and destruction,
he is the universe.
—Vishnu Purana, 1.14
From the Vishnu Sahasranama, translated by Swami Chinmayananda; Central Chinmaya Mission Trust:
Vishnu (or Viṣṇu, Sanskrit: विष्णु) means ‘all pervasive‘.
Medhātith (c. 1000 CE), states:
‘One who is everything and inside everything’
Yaska (4th century BCE), the Vedanga scholar, in the Nirukta defines Vishnu as:
‘Viṣṇur viṣvater vā vyaśnoter vā‘
i.e. ‘One who enters everywhere’
According to the Book titled: “An Introduction to Quantum Field Theory“, by Michael E. Peskin and Daniel V. Schroeder:
“Quantum Field Theory is a set of ideas and tools that combines three of the major themes of modern Physics: Quantum Theory, the Field concept, and the Principle of Relativity.“
