The escape velocity for black holes is that of speed of light. Also, the limit of velocity of matter-energy (force) is the speed of light. Gravitons as gravitation cannot exceed the speed of light, making gravitons (carriers of gravitational force) unable to cross the event-horizon of a black hole. Thus allowing no gravitational interaction. In other words no gravitational force can be felt outside event horizon. The conclusion in reality is in disagreement with the given hypothetical premise.
